Pre-construction

Build

Duration: 12–32 weeks Artifacts: weekly reports, QC checklists

Site kept calm and predictable; weekly progress and quality reviews shared with stakeholders.

Handover & Aftercare

Duration: 1+ week Artifacts: snag list, manuals, warranties

Formal handover with documentation; dedicated aftercare point of contact and scheduled check-ins.
